Pooja Chilukuri moved to the United States from Calcutta, India, as a college student struggling with severe health challenges. In her search for healing, she was invited to a prayer circle where a local pastor asked if she believed Jesus could heal her. After answering yes, a prayer was offered, and a miraculous healing took place.
This transformative experience led to Pooja’s conversion to Christianity, followed by years of dedicated service to the pastor and her church family. However, her devotion came at the cost of her own physical and mental well-being. Everything changed after a profound visitation from Jesus, which not only transformed her life but also shifted her understanding of her spiritual path.
Pooja Jindal Chilukuri is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and a published Author. Pooja is also the host of the Afterlife podcast, where she interviews those who have had near death, shared death, afterlife communications or other spiritually transformative experiences. In her memoir, And Then There Was Jesus, Pooja shares her journey of deconstructing from religion, healing her spiritual wounds, and reconstructing her faith.
